Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for The Blush Gallery To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please review and adhere to the following booking policies: 1. Appointment Booking • Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. • Same-day or last-minute bookings are not permitted. 2. Cancellation Policy • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. 3. Late Arrivals • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. 4. No-Call/No-Show Policy • Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a 15% holding fee being charged to your account. 5. Studio-Initiated Cancellations or Reschedules • If The Blush Gallery needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be notified promptly. • In the event of a studio-initiated cancellation, your deposit will be fully refunded. 6. Deposit Policy • Deposits are non-refundable unless the studio cancels your appointment. • Deposits are required to secure your booking and ensure that we have the necessary staff and materials prepared for your session.
